Tim Franklin

Tim and I focused on and explored ways to support and stimulation lung Qi, and how to enhance the resilience of the lungs and rib cage. The underlying flavour was kindness.

I'm sorry about the abrupt start, I forgot to click on "start to record". The first 10 mins we explored simple lovely breath work.

Tim and I have long traditions in the healing world and the world of energy and have been friends since the late 90’s. Tim is a Qigong and Shaolin Kung Fu Master, Zero Balancer, Massage Therapist and Qigong Therapist. Tim is co-founder of “Fully Alive”, founder of A-Way.

I qualified as an Acupuncturist, retired from the world of Zero Balancing, both as a practitioner and teacher, qualified as an advanced yoga teacher, and founded Bone Yoga and Bone Yoga Bodywork.
